Refund & Transfer Policy

Refund Policy
All Social Media Day Houston ticket sales are final. Tickets are non refundable under any circumstances. Once a ticket has been purchased, it cannot be canceled or refunded, including in cases of scheduling conflicts, travel issues, or inability to attend the event.

Transfer Policy
If you are unable to attend, your ticket may be transferred to another guest. To transfer your ticket, please email smdayhtx@gmail.com with the full name, email address, and any other relevant details of the person who will be attending in your place. Transfer requests must be submitted prior to the event so the new attendee can be properly registered.

All transfer requests are subject to verification to ensure accurate event registration and check in.
